Certitude is London’s leading adult social care provider for people with learning disabilities, autistic people, and people with mental health support needs.

We support over 1,500 people across 15 London boroughs. As well as providing care and support in people’s homes, we also provide community programmes and activities, which are often a lifeline for the people we support. Opportunities to develop passions and interests, have fun and, to feel included in our communities.  

Whilst we receive statutory funding, these opportunities wouldn’t be possible without the generosity of our donors and fundraisers. From baking, gardening, sewing, singing or playing football. Your donations can help the people we support to do the things that many of us take for granted – take up hobbies, develop new skills or to explore existing talents. Funding also supports one-off projects such as sensory spaces or accessible gardens and equipment, helping the people we support to express themselves and feel connected in our communities. 100% of the money raised is used to support people to do the things that matter to them.
